• Orders take 2–3 weeks to fulfil while stock is produced.
  
• Once stock arrives, orders are packed and shipped from our London base within 1–2 working days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind / wrong size.
  
• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
